Meta Lab LLC and M374 provide content addressing stress, mindset, emotional regulation, mental training, consciousness, psychology-informed self-development, neuroscience-informed education, and wellness support.

All listed prices reflect the currency shown at checkout. Unless a specific product page or separate written policy states otherwise, all sales are final. Many Services include digital access, downloadable materials, or intellectual property that cannot be meaningfully returned.

Subscription or membership cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not retroactively refund prior charges unless required by law or expressly stated.

Users agree not to use Services to violate any law or regulation; infringe others' rights; harass, abuse, or threaten any person; upload malware or disruptive material; scrape or harvest data without permission; interfere with Services' operation or security; or misrepresent identity or affiliation.

Meta Lab LLC disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and reliability. The company does not warrant that Services will improve health, mental state, emotional state, performance, or quality of life.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, META LAB LLC, M374, AND THEIR OFFICERS, OWNERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

Where liability cannot be disclaimed, Meta Lab LLC's total liability shall not exceed the greater of amounts paid for the relevant Service in the preceding 3 months or USD $100.

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Meta Lab LLC, M374, and their officers, owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, licensors, agents, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses arising from Service use or misuse, Terms violations, or law violations.

These Terms are governed by and construed according to California law, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes must first be submitted to Meta Lab LLC in writing at contact@meta-lab.io with a reasonable opportunity for informal resolution. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in California state or federal courts.
